Information about the use of personal character data according to the law 13/1999 of Protection of Personal Character Data (LOPD).

The rights mentioned above, can be fulfilled by sending an e-mail to the address info@beninter.com in the terms established by the LOPD. If you wish to contract the products and services offered on the web site of BENINTER.COM, we will necessarily have to communicate the travellers Personal Character Data to the suppliers of the products and services, who will be obliged to use the Data, only and exclusively to send information and to fulfill the use of the contracted services. Also, and to the effects of the article 34.e) LOPD, the user gives his consent to transfer the data to the addresses in the terms and conditions previously indicated, to any country of the world, even those which do not offer a level of protection equipable to the LOPD.
